About us :

Unyte is an Influencer Management Agency based in Switzerland. Our agency has been offering end-to-end services including influencer discovery, campaign management and performance analytics. Focusing on social networking sites like TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and many more.

Tasks

We’re looking for a motivated and results driven Account Manager. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers and selling products or services based on their needs and the creator's requirements. You will also manage social media profiles, conduct sales-related tasks, update customer profiles, and follow company guidelines.

Responsibilities :

  • Customer Service
  • Account Management
  • Conduct Sales

Requirements

  • Fluent or Native English speaker
  • Great communication skills
  • At least 50mbps internet connection with a back-up connection from a different provider
  • At least 50wpm on a typing test
  • Reliable computer / laptop
  • Experience in sales is a plus
  • Experience in customer service management is a plus
  • Fresh grads and people with no experience are also free to apply!
