- Specify, evaluate, and configure infrastructure components for ICT platforms (e.g., management information systems).
- Integrate systems and services into existing ICT platforms.
- Analyze systems to identify performance optimization opportunities .
- Contribute ideas and solutions to ensure system stability and reliability .
- Design and implement Data Center automation processes.
- Define key parameters and benchmarks for monitoring service-level compliance.
- Maintain and update system documentation to ensure technical accuracy and traceability.
- Degree in Computer Science or completed IT apprenticeship (EFZ), alternatively career changers with IT certifications and relevant professional experience.
- Solid knowledge of virtualization and container technologies as well as hyperconverged systems.
- Experience with scripting and CI / CD pipeline development.
- Hands-on expertise with Windows and / or Linux environments and networking technologies.
- Experience with automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile working methods.
- Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented working style.
- Excellent German skills ; English proficiency (B2 level) is an advantage.
- Military background as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is considered an asset.
