Aim for Excellence
As On-Trade Manager, you will be the face of Beluga Vodka and Oyster Adriatic Gin across Zurich's on-trade market, building and elevating brand presence within the city's most influential bars, restaurants, hotels and nightlife venues while ensuring consistent excellence across every key touchpoint of the Zurich hospitality scene.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for distribution and visibility targets by implementing brand development activities, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring the best possible market positioning for our brands.

This is a highly entrepreneurial, field-based role for someone who thrives in the Zurich on-trade environment, builds long-term relationships, identifies opportunities and delivers flawless execution. You understand premium hospitality in Zurich, inspire confidence with customers and bartenders, and consistently raise standards across every activation and partnership.

A strong knowledge of the Zurich on-trade landscape and an established network within Zurich's premium hospitality industry are mandatory for this role.

Your Talent & Experience

You are passionate about premium hospitality and understand what makes luxury brands successful in Zurich.

You'll bring:

• 3+ years' experience in a similar commercial role within premium spirits, luxury FMCG or the beverage alcohol industry, ideally within the On-Trade.
• Strong knowledge of the Zurich premium on-trade market, including premium trendy bars, restaurants and hotels.
• An established network within the Zurich premium on-trade industry is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of cocktail culture, on-trade dynamics, practices and challenges.
• Outstanding relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills, particularly with buyers and bar managers.
• Strong commercial awareness with analytical and budgeting skills.
• A good understanding of the on-trade wholesale and distribution environment would be highly valued.
• Hospitality experience as a bartender or bar manager would be an advantage.
• Fluent German and English (French or Italian would be an advantage).
• Based in Zurich.
• A valid driving license would be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve the defined distribution and visibility objectives within the assigned On-Trade channel, in line with established KPIs.
• Develop portfolio of clients with Beluga Vodka, Oyster Adriatic Gin and cocktails listings in Zurich.
• Take responsibility for negotiations with buyers and bar managers of premium venues.
• Build strong relationships within Zurich's most influential premium bars, restaurants, hotels and nightlife venues.
• Negotiate and implement initiatives and activations aimed at increasing the visibility and sales of our brands, in line with defined priorities.
• Conduct the tastings and brand presentation for the clients.
• Work closely with the distributors and wholesalers' commercial team to drive growth.
• Analyse the performance of your clients and provide relevant recommendations to improve business results and the volume and value performance of our brands.
• Monitor Zurich on-trade trends, competitor activity and emerging venues to identify new opportunities.
• Organize working hours according to business needs, including evening work (several times per week), while respecting required rest periods.
