The main tasks for the Digital Marketing Specialist role include :
Collaborating with the Marketing Operations Lead to develop and execute customer engagement plans, aligning with brand and local priorities
Creating high-quality, relevant content for campaigns, repurposing global and regional assets, and managing content across multiple channels
Tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance, using data to optimize spending and improve results based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Working with various business units to enhance user experience and ensure seamless communication across touchpoints
Identifying trends and insights in digital marketing to refine strategies and stay aligned with the latest best practices
Coordinating with local and regional teams (DACH / EURAM), digital, and IT departments to ensure alignment and support broader marketing operations
The ideal background for this Digital Marketing Specialist role includes :
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in healthcare / pharma
Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WordPress VIP, and experience with SEO / SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
Experience executing omnichannel strategies, with expertise in audience targeting and content development
Fluency in German and English (French or Italian a plus)
Strong data analysis skills for tracking KPIs and optimizing campaigns
Strong communication and collaboration skills for a hybrid work setup
Attention to detail for managing digital campaigns and ensuring quality
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
