What you’ll do :

• Perform verifications and reconciliations of general ledgers, accounts receivables and payables accounting balances, run cost accounting reviews
• Verification and reconciliation of balances with partners and related parties
• Contribute to the preparation of closing operation works and financial statements according to SCoO (OR) accounting principles
• Collaborate with auditors, providing information during audit
• Preparation of financials consolidation according to SCoO (OR) accounting principles
• Support preparation of operational expenses budget
• Collaborate with Accountants and assist with ad-hoc requests
• Consult and provide relevant information to Chief Accountant
• Strictly comply with all applicable laws and GMS’ policies and procedures

What we expect :

• Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting or similar ( only swiss degrees!)
• Min. 5+ years of experience in accounting function in international companies
• Track record in all accounting operations
• Thorough knowledge of Swiss tax & accounting principles, IFRS of advantage
• Advanced user of PC, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Infoniqa ONE 200 (Accounting Software)
• Fluent level of English & German with solid written and verbal communication skills
• Able to plan, manage and follow through on assignments and communicate in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborative, team player and diplomatic behavior, attention to details
• Act with integrity, reliability, and confidentiality
