What you’ll do :
- Perform verifications and reconciliations of general ledgers, accounts receivables and payables accounting balances, run cost accounting reviews
- Verification and reconciliation of balances with partners and related parties
- Contribute to the preparation of closing operation works and financial statements according to SCoO (OR) accounting principles
- Collaborate with auditors, providing information during audit
- Preparation of financials consolidation according to SCoO (OR) accounting principles
- Support preparation of operational expenses budget
- Collaborate with Accountants and assist with ad-hoc requests
- Consult and provide relevant information to Chief Accountant
- Strictly comply with all applicable laws and GMS’ policies and procedures
What we expect :
- Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting or similar ( only swiss degrees!)
- Min. 5+ years of experience in accounting function in international companies
- Track record in all accounting operations
- Thorough knowledge of Swiss tax & accounting principles, IFRS of advantage
- Advanced user of PC, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Infoniqa ONE 200 (Accounting Software)
- Fluent level of English & German with solid written and verbal communication skills
- Able to plan, manage and follow through on assignments and communicate in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborative, team player and diplomatic behavior, attention to details
- Act with integrity, reliability, and confidentiality
