Your Role :

• Lead and Execute : Full responsibility for national and cross-border buy and sell side Financial Due Diligence projects.
• Innovate and Develop : Contribute to the enhancement of our Due Diligence practice, including technology and digitalization aspects.
• Support Complex Transactions : Assist in varied Corporate Finance / M&A transactions, valuations, and financial modeling.
• Guide Growth Initiatives : Aid clients from strategic initiation through transaction execution.
• Mentor and Lead Teams : Direct project teams and foster junior staff development.

Requirements

Your Profile :

• Experienced : 4-5 years in a Big 4 or comparable international advisory firm.
• Skilled : Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English and German.
• Dynamic Leader : Natural leadership qualities with a commitment to teamwork.
