Are you ready to take the lead in high-stakes Financial Due Diligence projects? Our client is seeking a Due Diligence professional with a passion for excellence and innovation to join their team in Zürich.
Your Role :
- Lead and Execute : Full responsibility for national and cross-border buy and sell side Financial Due Diligence projects.
- Innovate and Develop : Contribute to the enhancement of our Due Diligence practice, including technology and digitalization aspects.
- Support Complex Transactions : Assist in varied Corporate Finance / M&A transactions, valuations, and financial modeling.
- Guide Growth Initiatives : Aid clients from strategic initiation through transaction execution.
- Mentor and Lead Teams : Direct project teams and foster junior staff development.
Requirements
Your Profile :
- Experienced : 4-5 years in a Big 4 or comparable international advisory firm.
- Skilled : Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English and German.
- Dynamic Leader : Natural leadership qualities with a commitment to teamwork.

Requirements
