Your responsibilities

• Application Ownership for various customer-facing and / or corporate applications
• Ensure correct functioning, availability and performance of business applications including Incident and Problem Management
• Support sustainable implementation of functional and non-functional requirements including Test, Defect and Change Management
• Coordinate and facilitate external developers
• Ensure adequate and well-structured documentation
• Support the team in adopting agile best practices, implementing agile ceremonies and a high-degree of self-organization
• Tracking and managing impediments, keeping KANBAN board updated

Your profile

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent / higher degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in development and / or application manager role
• Experience with vendor management, in particular setting and managing delivery expectations, plans, testing etc.
• Experience as (part time) Scrum Master
• Proven experience in Agile principles and way of work, coding standards and industry best practices, PowerShell
• Proven experience in working with Azure Platform, DevOps (preferably Azure DevOps), .NET development (preferably C#), SQL (preferably T-SQL), REST API and Web Applications
• Excellent English (min. C1) and good German (B1) language skills
• Strong analytical capabilities, solution-oriented, customer-focused, confident, self-organised
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are a must
• Strong interest to help the team to adopt a culture of continuous improvement and self-management
