Description de posteBachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent / higher degree Minimum 5 years of experience in development and / or application manager role Experience with vendor management, in particular setting and managing delivery expectations, plans, testing etc. Experience as (part time) Scrum Master Proven experience in Agile principles and way of work, coding standards and industry best practices, PowerShell Proven experience in working with Azure Platform, DevOps (preferably Azure DevOps), .NET development (preferably C#), SQL (preferably T-SQL), REST API and Web Applications Excellent English (min. C1) and good German (B1) language skills Strong analytical capabilities, solution-oriented, customer-focused, confident, self-organised Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are a must Strong interest to help the team to adopt a culture of continuous improvement and self-management

Your responsibilities
- Application Ownership for various customer-facing and / or corporate applications
- Ensure correct functioning, availability and performance of business applications including Incident and Problem Management
- Support sustainable implementation of functional and non-functional requirements including Test, Defect and Change Management
- Coordinate and facilitate external developers
- Ensure adequate and well-structured documentation
- Support the team in adopting agile best practices, implementing agile ceremonies and a high-degree of self-organization
- Tracking and managing impediments, keeping KANBAN board updated
