Deine Verantwortung
- Als Leiter Software-Engineering führst Du das Software-Engineering-Team
- Du leistet technischen Support für die Software-Architekten in diversen Kundenprojekten
- Du bist zuständig für das Management der technischen Produkt-Roadmap, inklusive Architektur, Wartung, Sicherheit usw.
- Du bringst aktiv Deine Expertise in die Optimierung der Entwicklungsprozesse ein, während Du bei der Einführung von innovativen Technologien hilfst
Deine Skills
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Informatik und hast bereits Erfahrung als Engineering Teamleiter
- Dein Fokus auf strategische Planung, Zielvorgaben, Prozessentwicklung und Budgetierung zeichnen Dich aus
- Deine umfassende Expertise in der Umsetzung von Softwareprojekten mit Schwerpunkt auf Java, Frameworks, Techniken und aktuellen Entwicklungen in der Branche runden Dein Profil ab
- Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
