From the gut feeling to the product development to the launch on the market, you will be involved in every step. Mission and responsibilities : · Develop and lead the whole brand· Propose, develop and convince us on new products exploring new luxurious gestures with a long-term vision · Grow through responsibility of driving the whole customer path : texture / juice, sustainable packaging, image, POS material and experience, education material, events.
- Prepare and explain all the elements of the customer path in order to meet sales team expectations : develop a strong internal relationship and network, fulfill commercial needs and field requirements to succeed.
- Boost the brand awareness in particular though growth marketing· Track the brand performances : follow the brands results building strong relationship with sales teams and key markets in order to better understand and improve the results of the brand, new launches and animations, assets or tools and more widely retail experiences.
