Basic Function

As a part of the Domestic Recruitment team, this role will support full-cycle recruitment activities for Aramco Services Company (ASC) and its US subsidiaries.

This role will also address and resolve moderately complex situations in an area of HR while maintaining the integrity of the company’s policies and practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform the sourcing, recruitment, advertising, and offer activities for open positions within domestic staffing
  • Review applicants and recruit passive candidates and gauge for fit and motivation
  • Advise candidate expectations and negotiate candidate compensation
  • Participate in special projects / recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management;

conduct in-depth assessments of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios

  • Manage all candidate and hiring manager communication and engagement
  • Develop sourcing strategies and use techniques such as direct sourcing, data mining, and networking to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Develop a pipeline that generates candidates to meet the future talent needs of the business
  • Collect and analyze information relevant to assigned area; proposes solutions to complex problems by reviewing, interpreting and evaluating available data
  • Perform other duties and participates in special projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field of study.
  • Basic understanding of HR theory, the HR Lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, etc.)
  • Some knowledge of at least one core sub-function of Human Resources preferred.
  • Some knowledge of employment laws and regulations affecting assigned area.
  • Ability to : identify and respond to and close out simple issues and escalate as appropriate. analyze and interpret data and make recommendations.

demonstrate good oral and written communication skills with good vocabulary and good grammar as needed in order to prepare accurate written communications and reports.

pay close attention to details. handle confidential or sensitive information or issues.

  • Proficient with business software applications.
  • Typically, at least three (3) years of experience in a human resources field.
  • Must be able to comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly and concisely in English.
