System & Network Engineer OT/IT

Your primary responsibility is to install, configure, manage, and maintain the company’s OT IT infrastructure , including networks and servers , to ensure their optimal functionality and availability.
You will collaborate with the OT CISO to define the concepts used within the OT IT infrastructure. Additionally, you play a crucial role in protecting the organization’s data and systems by implementing appropriate security measures , monitoring potential threats , and responding to security incidents.
You will also evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance the efficiency and performance of existing infrastructures.
- HES diploma or federal certificate in Computer Science , or a degree from an equivalent training program
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, such as system administrator or network administrator
- Excellent knowledge of IT / OT architectures and information systems in an industrial environment (SCADA)
- Strong experience in Windows & Linux system administration
- Experience in network & firewall administration ( CISCO PaloAlto )
- Holder of a category B driving license
- Rigorous and precise, with strong analytical skills
- Autonomous, proactive, and flexible
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Native French speaker with good knowledge of English (B2) and German (B1)
