To strengthen our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) & Business Continuity Management (BCM) of the RONAL GROUP, we are looking for a qualified and motivated personality based in Härkingen (Switzerland) or any other European country as a :

Risk Management & BCM Specialist

100% (m / f / d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the topics business continuity management (incl. crisis management) and enterprise risk management of the RONAL GROUP
• Fostering and improving the group-wide BCM and ERM framework (guidelines, processes, tools)
• Ownership for the enterprise risk catalogue, in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
• Strengthening the crisis management group-wide (crisis organisation, processes, tools), including training and exercises
• Ensuring recovery readiness group-wide
• Ensuring compliance in these areas of responsibility in audits or the like

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor / Master University degree in business administration, computer science, technology or a comparable education
• Professional certification in business continuity management, crisis or risk management
• At least 5 years of practical and proven work experience in a similar position in an international production company
• Solid experience in IT risk management, specifically in the industrial manufacturing IT
• Deep knowledge of disaster recovery capabilities and readiness, as well as business continuity management (BCM)
• Good understanding of vulnerability management processes
• Self-responsible and independent working methods and strong ability to prioritize tasks
• Focus on quality, reliability and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions
• Willingness to travel internationally : up to 20%
