Missions :
- Participate in ongoing projects : new HRIS and the updating of the employee handbook
- Assisting with key HR duties : recruitment, training and performance management
- Contribute to the administrative management of employees
Profil :
- A first experience in a Human Ressources department is highly desirable
- Good knowledge of the Swiss and / or French social system
- Very good level of written and spoken English and French
- Very good command of Microsoft Office
- At ease in an international environment
- Good knowledge of HR tools for staff development an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Ability to summarize information and strong writing skills
- Discretion
- Ability to prioritize
- Enthusiasm and commitment
- Good sense of initiative
- Ability to work independently and in a team
