Looking to grow the business in the DACH Region, they are currently looking for a Client Partner to cover the French-speaking part of Switzerland, with occasional support in France.
Client Partner (f / m / x)
Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent account management services to key strategic accounts
- Proactively monitor existing sales activity and demonstrate a deep understanding of the people issues within the client's business in order to successfully convert training needs into business opportunities
- Negotiate the successful conclusion of key business development opportunities. Build strong personal relationships with key stakeholders and present confidently to senior HR and business leaders
- Follow up sales leads, identify opportunities to develop effective partnerships with clients and close sales
- Proactively identify and generate new lead opportunities and prospects
- Work to demonstrate the benefits and value of FranklinCovey solutions to the client's business
Your Profil
- You bring at least 4 years of successful HR training experience or have a strong passion for Learning & Development (L&D) topics
- Alternatively, you have at least of 4 years of sales experience in the B2B or training industry
- You are able to understand the business context and articulate tailored solutions to HR professionals and business leaders
- You have a proven track record of managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and overseeing the end-to-end sales process
- You demonstrate a professional demeanour and are able to represent the company at key events and exhibitions
- You are fluent in both French and English
