Looking to grow the business in the DACH Region, they are currently looking for a Client Partner to cover the French-speaking part of Switzerland, with occasional support in France.

Your Responsibilities
Provide excellent account management services to key strategic accountsProactively monitor existing sales activity and demonstrate a deep understanding of the people issues within the client's business in order to successfully convert training needs into business opportunitiesNegotiate the successful conclusion of key business development opportunities. Build strong personal relationships with key stakeholders and present confidently to senior HR and business leadersFollow up sales leads, identify opportunities to develop effective partnerships with clients and close salesProactively identify and generate new lead opportunities and prospectsWork to demonstrate the benefits and value of FranklinCovey solutions to the client's businessYour Profil
You bring at least 4 years of successful HR training experience or have a strong passion for Learning & Development (L&D) topicsAlternatively, you have at least of 4 years of sales experience in the B2B or training industryYou are able to understand the business context and articulate tailored solutions to HR professionals and business leadersYou have a proven track record of managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and overseeing the end-to-end sales processYou demonstrate a professional demeanour and are able to represent the company at key events and exhibitionsYou are fluent in both French and EnglishWas the company offers
