For our client, a family office located in Geneva, we are seeking a full-time Junior Personal and Executive Assistant for an indefinite period.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the principal with both professional and personal tasks
  • Manage daily schedules.
  • Handle travel, restaurant, and hotel bookings
  • Coordinate events and family gatherings
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and filing
  • Support household management

Profile :

  • Proven experience of 3+ years in a similar role, in Switzerland
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Demonstrates a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexible to meet the familys needs
  • Must reside in Switzerland
