Work together with our teams on innovative medical topics and ensure the supply of blood products to medical facilities throughout Baden-Württemberg and Hesse.

For our IT department, we, the DRK Blood Donation Service Baden-Württemberg - Hesse, are looking for you at the Baden-Baden site as

IT Support Helpdesk (m / f / d)

Full-time, immediately and indefinitely

Your tasks

• Installation and support of IT workstations and their peripherals
• First level support for all IT-related questions
• Support for users and applications
• Administration of users and computers within the MS Active Directory
• Documentation of the front-end systems in the IT management system
• Assumption of independent project tasks
• Additional IT support for the Tübingen site, including setting up the infrastructure, equipping the IT workstations and supporting users and applications on site

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m / f / d) or corresponding many years of experience in this field of activity
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office as well as desktop, notebook systems, mobile devices and printers
• Knowledge of cloud applications, Jira, Confluence and their administration
• Ideally knowledge of networking, DHCP, DMZ and V-Lan
• Willingness to travel as part of the support at the Tübingen site as well as a vacation and sick leave replacement in the institutes of the DRK Blood Donor Service Baden-Württemberg - Hesse
• Independent and autonomous work as well as the ability to work in a team round off your profile
