Legal Associate
On behalf of one of our clients, a well-known asset management based in Geneva, we are seeking a :
Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documentation such as prospectuses, agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Support internal departments with queries and interpretation of investment guidelines.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Work with attorneys and regulators to propose and implement process improvements.
- Advise internal departments on regulatory updates and compliance and contribute projects.
- Perform additional tasks when required.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in law
- 2 years prior experience in a similar role.
- Good analytical and drafting skills.
- Fluency in English, any other language an asset.
- Proficient prioritization skills ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Strong collaborative abilities, fostering effective teamwork.
- Capacity to adjust to the demands of a burgeoning business.
