Deine Verantwortung
- Du leitest das Feature-Team Products & Services im Rahmen eines Agile Release Trains (ART)
- Du agierst als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen den IT- und Geschäftsbereichen
- Du entwickelst User Stories und Mockups und passt die Produkte entsprechend den Spezifikationen an
- Du stellst den störungsfreien Betrieb sicher und überwachst die dazugehörigen Services kontinuierlich
- Du stimmst Änderungswünsche und Vorfälle ab und pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Partnern
Deine Skills
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Applikationsmanagement, idealerweise mit ITSM-Tools wie ServiceNow oder JIRA
- Du kennst dich gut mit Datenbanken und technischen Schnittstellen (API) aus
- Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert, flexibel und stark kundenorientiert
- Du bringst technisches Verständnis für Applikationen und Schnittstellen mit
- Erfahrung in agilen Teams, insbesondere als Product Owner, sowie im Requirements Engineering
