Sales Manager for an independent Vinyard
Overview
We have an excellent, newly created opportunity for an experienced German speaking Salesperson who has knowledge or a background in the Food and Drink industry, ideally in Wine, to help in the development and growth across the Swiss market.
The position will report into the General Manager of an historic and independent vineyard that has recently undergone a modern upgrade, based in Suisse Romande.
Due to exciting growth plans, they are now looking to develop their client base across German speaking Switzerland.
This is a remote based role that will require someone who is based in the German speaking part of Switzerland.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for developing Clients and Sales across the German speaking areas of Switzerland.
- Providing support and advise to Customers.
- Developing partnerships and participating in relevant events in the wine industry, for example Fairs, Exhibitions and Parties.
Your skills :
- You will have 3 years of successful experience developing business and sales within the Food and drink industry, ideally in the field of wine and spirits.
- Good knowledge or a higher education gained in the wine sector.
- The ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and companies in German-speaking Switzerland.
- Fluency in Swiss German and German, good English or French is also required.
- Excellent Sales management and strong interpersonal skills
- Highly Autonomous and dynamic
