To further expand and grow our multi-award-winning platform 'Wüest Dimensions' in the fields of Real Estate Investment Management (transaction and process management, construction & development, asset & portfolio management, fund management, accounting & controlling, risk management & sustainability), Valuation & Planning , and Market and Location Information we are seeking a Client Relationship Manager.

Your Tasks

  • Serve as a reliable partner by managing and supporting existing institutional clients as well as assisting our Sales Department in acquiring new ones
  • Assess client requirements, needs, processes, and existing setups, and match them with our exclusive value proposition
  • Advise on how to best configure 'Wüest Dimensions' modules for our clients, including managing rollout and onboarding
  • Collaborate closely with our development team to suggest improvements and shape innovative solutions to further enhance the Wüest Dimensions platform
  • Analyze our client assets and portfolios regarding risks and optimization opportunities, and provide actionable advice for improvement

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • University degree (University / FH) or comparable education, ideally paired with experience in the real estate sector
  • Basic knowledge of Real Estate Investment Management with an interest in digital solutions
  • Entrepreneurial consulting personality with a strong customer and service focus
  • Persuasive demeanor and communication skills to engage with clients, decision-makers, and specialists on equal terms and convey requirements to developers
  • Initiative, flexibility and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in either German or French
