International Talent Acquisition Specialist - 5 months
- Talent Sourcing and Recruitment : Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top international talent across various functions and levels.
- Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices.
- Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Employer Branding : Promote our company as an employer of choice through various channels and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Data-Driven Recruitment : Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness, optimize strategies, and report on key recruitment metrics.
- Experience : Proven experience in international talent acquisition, preferably within a global or multinational company.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills : Strong sourcing and networking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Language : Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
