Our Airports Customer Success Team is responsible for ensuring airports get the desired results by operating the Xovis solution.
Understanding every customer's needs is key to bring our wealth of knowledge from across the world to the individual airports, helping to deliver best practices related to people flow.
To further enlarge our footprint, and to foster existing customer relations, we're looking for a :
Your area of responsibility includes
- Take ownership and responsibility of an exciting portfolio of international airports
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with assigned airport clients
- Work closely with your clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate the value that Xovis adds. Be their single point of contact, and their voice within the company
- Create deep selling opportunities with assigned customers, increase coverage
- Administrate contracts or POs, update project cockpits, ensure invoicing of project services
- Maintenance contract management : negotiate and invoice maintenance contracts
- Create and follow up on business opportunities in assigned regions, develop new customers
Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business management, information systems, airline / airport management or another related field
- Multiple years of international work experience, preferably in a technology-related field and / or in a commercial function, prior aviation experience is a plus
- Experience in business development and / or client relationship management
- Proven track record in leading times and meeting sales targets
- Experience with closing complex international commercial negotiations
- Good command of written and spoken English is a must, every additional language ( especially French ) is a decisive plus
- Outgoing personality with commercial flair to transform a business relationship into revenue
- Ability to travel 20-40% of the time, within Europe, overseas, and beyond sometimes at short notice
