Job Description
- Manage and track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Define and support functional and technical architecture across projects.
- Lead teams using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Oversee testing (SIT & UAT) and provide user support post-implementation.
- Lead IT coordination and project steering meetings.
- Assist with business development, proposals, and RFPs.
- Provide IT guidance to business stakeholders and report KPIs.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in financial services, private banking, or investment banking.
- Expertise in functional and technical architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management and trading activities.
- Strong project management and business analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Fluent in English and French / German.
- PMI certification preferred.
