Your daily work
Strategy and Client Engagement :
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand their HR challenges and objectives
- Provide thought leadership and insights on the latest HR technology trends and innovations.
- Design and deliver HR technology and transformation solutions that align with client goals.
- Lead the development and execution of HR technology and transformation strategies for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continuous business.
Project Management :
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology and transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating between technical experts, HR specialists, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies, as necessary.
HR Technology Expertise :
- Provide expertise in the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS).
- Advise on best practices for HR process automation, data analytics, and digital HR operations as well as GenAI.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and regulatory changes affecting HR.
Who you are
- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex HR transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
- Expertise in at least one major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
