What makes this position particularly interesting and stimulating : - You develop educational tools and formalize learning procedures.- You plan and lead learning sequences.- You assess and validate the learning progress of your colleagues.- You analyze and process requests for daily AI allowances, account extracts, and splitting.- Finally, you inform insured individuals by phone or by appointment about AVS and AI matters.What you bring to HOTELA : - You hold a CFC or equivalent commercial qualification, completed by adult training level 1 (or you are planning to undertake this) and have experience as a specialist.- You possess good knowledge of the AVS / AI field, particularly regarding AI daily allowances, account extracts, and splitting, ideally complemented by a generalist insurance qualification.- You are fluent in French or at an equivalent level.
