The ideal candidate can engage with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, and government leaders, translate complex needs into technology solutions, and convert opportunities into major partnerships and deployments. /p pEqually important, the VP will turn these engagements into replicable, scalable products and playbooks, so that each deployment strengthens Tether's ability to enter the next market rather than remaining a one-off. /p pInternational travel is required. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Global Strategy Business Development /h3 ul liDefine and execute the global expansion strategy for Tether’s technology ecosystem. /li liEstablish priorities across current and future technology verticals. /li liIdentify high-potential markets, industries, partners, and use cases. /li liBuild relationships with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, government leaders, and other senior stakeholders. /li liPersonally originate, structure, negotiate, and close major partnerships and deployments. /li liPosition Tether as a long-term technology and infrastructure partner. /li /ul h3Solutions Execution /h3 ul liConnect Tether’s different capabilities to develop tailored and integrated solutions. /li liTranslate market and partner requirements into clear opportunities for product and engineering teams. /li liCoordinate internal stakeholders and external implementation partners from initial concept through deployment and scale. /li liEnsure major projects are delivered on time, within budget, and against measurable objectives. /li liMonitor solutionss performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans. /li /ul h3Leadership /h3 ul liLead the senior professionals and teams responsible for expanding Tether’s different technologies. /li liSet clear priorities, KPIs, and accountability / monitoring frameworks. /li liBuild a high-performing global Tech Expansion organization. /li liEnsure effective collaboration with regional Expansion, product, engineering, legal, and regulatory teams. /li liDevelop repeatable commercial and execution playbooks across technologies and markets. /li liIdentify issues requiring escalation and bring them to the Chief Expansion Officer with clear context and recommended options. /li /ul h3Strategic Representation /h3 ul liPosition Tether as a global leader in decentralized AI, resilient financial infrastructures, and user-centred technologies. /li liRepresent Tether in strategic engagements with major enterprises, institutions, governments, regulators, and industry leaders. /li liAct as a senior ambassador for Tether’s technology vision at global conferences, industry forums and in front of global companies senior executives /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li12+ years of experience across enterprise technology, AI, digital infrastructure, fintech and digital assets, telecommunications, or technology business development, including senior leadership experience. /li liStrong understanding of emerging technologies, decentralized infrastructure, and digital platforms. /li liProven experience originating, structuring, and closing major enterprise or government technology partnerships. /li liAbility to engage credibly with C-suite executives, government leaders, and other senior decision-makers. /li liExperience developing global go-to-market strategies across multiple technologies and markets. Strong leadership experience, including managing senior professionals and international teams. /li liExceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. /li liAbility to coordinate commercial, product, engineering, legal, regulatory, and implementation teams. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments. /li liDegree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or a related field, combining strong business expertise with a solid technology foundation; MBA preferred. /li liExperience working across multiple regions and cultures. /li liAn established global network across major enterprises, technology companies, financial institutions, and governments. /li /ul pbNice to Have: /b Professional proficiency in three or more languages. /p h3Important information for candidates /h3 pRecruitment scams have become increasingly common.
