ppContract start date: Immediately /p\pContract end date: 31 Jan 2027 /p\pLocation: Visp /p\h3Key Responsibilities /h3\h3Manufacturing Operations /h3\ul\liPlan, coordinate, execute, and document manufacturing campaigns within the assigned DSP production area. /li\liEnsure manufacturing activities are performed in accordance with cGMP guidelines, approved procedures, and regulatory requirements. /li\liSupport batch execution through process monitoring, evaluation of test results, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and processes. /li\liIdentify and implement corrective and preventive measures to ensure reliable and efficient manufacturing performance. /li\ /ul\h3Product and Process Ownership /h3\ul\liServe as Functional Lead for all manufacturing aspects of assigned products. /li\liLead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful execution of manufacturing campaigns. /li\liEnsure manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities remain aligned with current industry standards and regulatory expectations. /li\liDrive technical expertise and process knowledge within the assigned production area. /li\ /ul\h3Risk Management and Compliance /h3\ul\liPrepare, facilitate, and execute SHE (Safety, Health and Environment), Environmental Monitoring (EM), operational, cleaning, and product-specific risk assessments. /li\liEnsure implementation, effectiveness, and continuous monitoring of identified mitigation measures. /li\liSupport investigations, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and risk management activities. /li\liEnsure compliance with applicable cGMP, EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements. /li\ /ul\h3Documentation and GMP Systems /h3\ul\liEstablish, review, and maintain production documentation in a timely and compliant manner. /li\liEnsure implementation and maintenance of relevant GMP documents, including SOPs, manufacturing instructions, risk assessments, and associated records. /li\liSupport audit readiness through accurate and complete documentation practices. /li\liTraining and Operational Support /li\liDevelop and deliver training programs for production operators and manufacturing personnel related to assigned products and processes. /li\liSupport Plant Managers and Manufacturing Leadership in workforce planning, training coordination, and capability development. /li\liPromote a culture of operational excellence, quality, safety, and continuous learning. /li\ /ul\h3Capital Projects and Facility Readiness /h3\ul\liAct as manufacturing representative and subject matter expert in capital in /li\ /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
