Tasks

• Develop and grow the IT business through business development and client acquisition and account management
• Act as a brand ambassador when with clients, at events and on the market
• Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client but also recieve support from a dedicated recruiting team
• Interview and evaluate candidates to match your requirements
• Deliver a best-in-class service on the market

Requirements

• Several years’ experience in IT / Technology recruitment within a recruitment agency ideally on the Swiss market
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Complete understanding of the recruitment cycle, sales and business development
• An unrivalled passion for the industry
• English and German are both essential
