Recruitment Consultant
Nordwand Group AG ist eine Recruiting Boutique mit einem sehr erfahrenen Team mitten in der Stadt Zürich. Dieses Team wollen wir jetzt weiter verstärken und suchen daher einen versierten Recruitment Consultant.
Du hast Spass daran, neue Kunden zu gewinnen und dir einen Kundenstamm aufzubauen. Deine kommunikativen Fähigkeiten setzt du gekonnt ein, bist serviceorientiert und bietest deinen Kunden optimale Lösungen.
Du unterstützt im gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschluss. Dabei kontaktierst du mögliche Kandidaten, führst Interviews und präsentierst deinen Kunden eine qualitativ hochstehende Auswahl an interessierten Bewerbern.
Folgendes bringst du mit :
- Stark ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken
- Exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung als Sales
- Erfahrung im IT- oder Finance-Recruitment ODER in einem anderen Bereich aber das Interesse in Finance oder IT-Recruitment Fuss zu fassen
- Fliessend Deutsch und Englisch
Wir sind ein unkompliziertes Team, in welches man sich sehr schnell integrieren kann. Spass ist bei uns genau gleich wichtig wie harte Arbeit.
Daher suchen wir jemanden, der sich selber motivieren kann, hilfsbereit und schlagfertig ist und auch mal einen dummen Spruch einstecken und austeilen kann.
