For our newly created Oncology International organization, we’re currently hiring a
Sales Manager Austria - Switzerland - Portugal (f / m / d)
based in Switzerland.
A typical day might include the following :
- Lead a Contract Sales Team to achieve company goals through quality customer interactions in Austria, Portugal, and Switzerland.
- Provide overall leadership to ensure strong, consistent team performance, meeting or exceeding company objectives.
- Ensure team members use approved messages and materials in line with Oncology product commercialization training programs.
- Offer relevant feedback, training, and skills development to maintain effective engagement with HCPs and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement National, Regional, and Local Account plans, ensuring proper deployment.
- Align incentive compensation plans with brand strategies and targets.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Operations team to manage operational processes, including Data Analytics, Key Performance Indicators, and CRM platform (Veeva) utilization.
- Establish Regeneron’s reputation in Skin and Lung Cancer therapeutic areas, ensuring Field Sales Specialists and Key Account Managers are seen as experts.
- Foster productive relationships with cross-functional colleagues and internal stakeholders to address market dynamics.
- Uphold the highest ethical and compliance standards within the sales team.
This role might be for you if :
You're an experienced sales leader who excels at coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing field sales talent and if you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional organizations with a "patients first" value system.
To be considered for this opportunity , you will need extensive biopharma experience, including international Sales Management and Oncology product sales.
Immuno-Oncology Sales experience and established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in Oncology are strongly preferred.
You should have a history of successful sales performance marked by integrity. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
Experience in field management and the operationalization of sales technology, including CRM platforms and digital promotion efforts, is required.
Additionally, you must be willing to travel approximately 40%, including some weekends, and proximity to an international airport is advantageous.
