Are you prepared to take on the responsibility of driving the strategic development and sales growth of Kistler's Business Incubator? Your role necessitates the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, the establishment of strategic partnerships, and the facilitation of direct market development. Furthermore, your task involves translating Kistler's technology roadmap into tangible outcomes.
Main Tasks
Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Further develop a deep understanding of the target market and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyze trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Keep abreast of technological advancements and best practices. Use this knowledge to support informed strategic decision-making.
Networking with technology partners :
Actively engage with technology partners, such as software vendors, hardware manufacturers, and start-ups to establish mutually beneficial relationships.Attend industry events, conferences, trade shows, and start-up events to identify potential partners.Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the (start-up-) technology ecosystem to leverage their expertise, gain insights into market trends, and explore potential synergies.Sales and revenue generation :
Develop and support sales strategies of the existing and new Business Units to drive revenue growth and build new business based on technology.Identify potential customers, engage with them to understand their needs and present our products / services as solutions.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements.Cross-functional collaboration :
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions.Requirements Profile
