The Account Manager Intern position offers a unique opportunity to grow within an innovative and rapidly expanding tech company, with a paid 12-month internship.
You’ll have the chance to work with a wide range of businesses across different industries and sizes , gaining valuable experience in client relationship management, sales, and IT solutions.

Tasks
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Contact Support : Act as a point of contact for client accounts, helping to build strong relationships and learning to spot opportunities that increase client satisfaction and engagement.
- Company & Solutions Presentation : Develop your skills to effectively present KIDAN’s solutions, learning how to represent our portfolio and hold engaging conversations with clients.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Proactively reach out to prospective clients and support the team in nurturing client relationships, establishing trust, and building a solid foundation for future partnerships.
- Research & Lead Generation : Conduct research on potential leads in various industries, analyzing target companies to align their needs with KIDAN’s solutions.
- Account Portfolio Management : Contribute to managing a diverse client portfolio, helping ensure clients are satisfied and actively engaged with KIDAN’s offerings.
- Identifying Client Growth Opportunities : Assist in finding ways to expand client accounts by identifying new needs and suggesting tailored solutions.
- Team Coordination : Work closely with internal experts to understand and address client needs, gaining valuable experience in cross-functional teamwork.
- Event Representation : Represent KIDAN alongside the team at industry events, both our own and external, to network and boost KIDAN’s presence in the IT community.
Requirements
Requirements :
- Swiss residency and fluency in both written and spoken French and English. A good command of German is a plus.
- Strong interest in sales, account management, IT management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and a desire to contribute to sales strategies.
- Ability to handle tasks with discretion and adaptability within a fast-paced setting.
- Eager to learn : Ready to master our services and solutions with commitment and resilience.
- Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Growth-minded approach with a willingness to develop professionally and contribute to the company's success.
