Regional Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join a team as a Regional Sales Manager for a prestigious watchmaking house.
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Analyzing market trends and customer needs to optimize product sales and distribution.
- Managing pricing strategies and ensuring profitability across designated markets.
- Spearheading the launch of new products and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales support tools.
Marketing :
As a key player in our marketing efforts, the Regional Sales Manager will :
- Collaborate with the headquarters marketing department to coordinate and execute marketing plans and investments for the assigned markets.
- Conduct training events and product presentations to enhance brand awareness and knowledge.
- Ensure the strict implementation of visual merchandising guidelines at the point of sale (POS) level.
Analysis :
The successful candidate will demonstrate :
- Strong analytical skills to assess market performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- The ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business plans and objectives, adjusting strategies as needed.
- A proactive approach to analyzing the collection, sell-in, sell-out, and inventory to optimize overall performance.
Distribution :
In the realm of distribution, the Regional Sales Manager will :
- Assess and refine the brand strategy to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
- Define and monitor business plans and objectives for each market to ensure successful distribution.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of distribution channels and partnerships.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a successful Regional Sales Manager, with a background in the watchmaking industry being a distinct advantage.
- Commercial education or background.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong IT skills.
