We are looking for a Commis de Cuisine to join our Team at Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich.

The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich has 80 guest rooms and suites and three dining venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a lobby lounge. The hotel is ideal for meetings and events with its newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom.
About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Culinary Department in Zurich, the Commis de Cuisine is responsible for state-of-the-art culinary experiences. The Commis de Cuisine reports to the Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef.

YOUR TASKS
As Commis de Cuisine, you will be responsible for the following tasks :
- Preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes
- Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of events
- Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflows during a shift
- Compliance with all guidelines and proper storage of all food
- Compliance with and daily monitoring of hygiene regulations and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP guidelines
