Join Our Team as a CQV - Commissioning Qualification Validation Engineer!

Position Overview

We are seeking an organised and detail-focused CQV - Commissioning Qualification Validation Engineer who is fluent in both German and English to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the commissioning, qualification, and validation of equipment and systems are executed in compliance with regulations and company standards.

Your expertise will contribute to the successful and compliant startup of equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in CQV projects, including definition, planning, and execution.
• Write project documentation (URS, Risk Analysis, Protocols, Reports, Traceability Matrix).
• Execute commissioning and qualification validation protocols (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Coordinate qualification activities, including managing external vendors and internal departments.
• Handle qualification deviations and CAPAs, from initiation to resolution and closure.
• Contribute to creating and reviewing process Risk Assessments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent in German (C1 / C2) and a minimum of B2 in English , both oral and written.
• Master’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Experience with black and / or clean utilities, HVAC, or process equipment.
• Background in the Pharmaceutical and / or Biotech sector.
• Knowledge of current FDA and EU regulations and best practices.
• Required mobility to client sites, primarily in Switzerland, with possible overnight stays based on project needs and preferences.
