IT Technician [Geneva / Lausanne]

Tasks

As an IT support specialist, you provide support and operate several duties related to end-users' IT environment that includes :

End-user systems management :

• Deployment of end-user hardware and software using supplied installation instructions and tools, including handover to end-users.
• Follow up of end-user equipment lifecycle from procurement to disposal
• Identification, recording, categorization, investigation and prioritization of incidents and requests related to end-users' environment
• Support IT-related tasks connected to our offices in Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich

Corporate IT support & management :

• Administration of corporate applications
• Administration of corporate IT infrastructure (Local Network, Printers, Small Devices)
• Access rights management

Requirements

• Bachelor in computer science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in similar functions
• Proven experience of administrating Linux, Mac and Windows workstations
• Experience with Azure administration (including Office 365, Sharepoint, Intune, Windows defender)
• Knowledge of Python scripting including ansible playbook
• Go programming language a plus
• Proficient with security best practices in banking environments
• Fluent in English and good knowledge of French
• Resident in Switzerland and willing to travel between our 3 offices (Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich)
