As an internal service provider, the IT&GIS department supports the specialist departments in the recording of requirements and creative solutions, be it reliable IT infrastructure, process-oriented software and data provision, precise delivery of geodata and solutions as well as accurate user support.

Your passion - you...

• support our employees in the area of client management at 2nd and 3rd level for Windows 10 / 11, thin clients, mobile devices and production-related IT systems
• maintain, document and further develop the client management systems
• provide new applications, patches and operating systems in collaboration with our helpdesk
• work out global group policies in the client context
• build up and further develop a holistic IT asset management system
• work on the implementation of IT projects
• are the central point of contact for the external service provider in 1st level and client field service and for coordinating the division of labor
• take on other activities in the IT Infrastructure Operations team

Your qualification - you...

• are an IT specialist for system integration or have a comparable qualification
• have several years of professional experience in the Microsoft infrastructure environment, both on-premise and in the M365 Cloud
• have first points of contact with virtualization technologies
• have good knowledge of software distribution and management systems (e.g. SCCM, Intune, Matrix42)
• have good knowledge of client management (Windows 10 / 11, thin clients, mobile devices) in an international environment
• have scripting experience with PowerShell or Batch
• are characterized by the ability to work in a team, analytical, solution-oriented and independent work as well as reliability
• have a good command of written and spoken English and German at B2 level
