As an internal service provider, the IT&GIS department supports the specialist departments in the recording of requirements and creative solutions, be it reliable IT infrastructure, process-oriented software and data provision, precise delivery of geodata and solutions as well as accurate user support. We need more creative people like you to continue developing and supporting our international digitalization projects efficiently in the future.

Your passion - you...

• support our employees in the area of client management at 2nd and 3rd level for Windows 10 / 11, thin clients, mobile devices and production-related IT systems
• maintain, document and further develop the client management systems
• provide new applications, patches and operating systems in collaboration with our helpdesk
• work out global group policies in the client context
• build up and further develop a holistic IT asset management system
• work on the implementation of IT projects
• are the central point of contact for the external service provider in 1st level and client field service and for coordinating the division of labor
• take on other activities in the IT Infrastructure Operations team
