My duties
- Provide HR consultation and guidance for all people related matters to the people managers of teams supported and advise on operational activities and strategic projects
- Coach and support line managers on current and future plans to design their respective organizations and put in place change management plans to help their operations be successful
- Managing critical HR core processes, including talent and performance management, employee relations, compensation planning and career & organization development
- Ensure administrative support and coordinate HR administrative duties and responsibilities with HR services supporting the site (e.
g. Recruiting, Total Rewards)
- Collaborating in local HR projects in close coordination with EMEAI HR (benefits, employer branding, training, regulations and retention)
- Build collaborative and trusting relationships with internal clients and across the site / global HR network to ensure seamless HR support
- Acting as role model for our culture and drive change management / culture shaping
My qualifications
- Relevant previous experience as HR Business Partner (manufacturing experience is a must), ideally in an international matrix organization
- Degree in business administration with specialization in HR or adequate education (Brevet federal HR Specialist is a big asset)
- High level of detail orientation, independence and initiative
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide a high level of service to all levels and build strong collaboration with business clients
- Strong time management and priorities management skills
- A flexible and resilient team player mindset with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills (Swiss German native speaker) & English (advanced level, written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills
