For our client, a Financial and administrative services Company with head office in Lausanne area, we are currently looking for a full time - Compliance Officer. Responsibilities :

1) Compliance : Completion of bank mandates according to the banks' requirementsGathering all the relevant documentation according to various jurisdictionsUpdating and maintaining our banking documents (i.

e. account opening documents, FATCA,AEI, CRS, etc.) and our internal recordsEnsuring that our bank and third-party mandates are updated in line according to the due diligence requirements and changes in legal regulationsResearch on any changes in regulations that might impact our current standardsManaging information by researching, recording and analysing data and their implications on the disclosures to various authorities / banks / stakeholdersEnsuring that all information and required certifications (utility bills, passports, other documents, etc.

are kept up to date on a regular basis for all key principalsEnsuring that ad hoc certifications requested by third-parties (such as accounts, ownership charts, resolutions, etc.) are processed and filed

2) Administration : Implementing online banking facilities with various custodiansPreparing bank transfers instructionsInput of bank transfers on the online banking platformsElectronic archiving and physical filing on a regular basis

3) Support : Participation to "ad hoc" projectsSupport & contribution to the teamFinancial and administrative services company Lausanne areaFluent English and French (written and spoken) is a mustCommercial diploma or equivalentCompliance knowledge and 3 years of experience within the fieldKnowledge of the current bank standards and regulationsGood computer skills (MS Office)Discreet and used to handle confidential informationExcellent communications skillsAbility to work independentlyFlexible and able to handle priorities on a daily basisReliable, timely and accurate (must like detail + precision)Hands on, proactive, self-motivated and service orientedCapacity to integrate and work within a multi cultural teamAn interesting and varied position
