INTRODUCTION :
On behalf of a mid-size international company based in Lausanne , we are searching for an
Accounting & Finance Manager 100%
8 months temporary assignment
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION :
- You manage all accounting, budgets, payroll and administrative tasks related to the accounting department
- You keep the general accounts (including AR / AP) until the closing of the accounts
- You prepare accounts for the auditors
- You draw and monitor budgets with all the departments
- You manage payroll, social insurances and absences / leaves
- You prepare annual VAT declaration
- You establish financial reconciliations
- You are in charge of invoicing and follow-up
- You prepare and follow-up travel grants
- You handle ad-hoc projects in close relationship with the Executive Director
PROFIL ATTENDU :
- Proven experience in a similar position within an international company
- Excellent command of English (min. C1)
- Good knowledge of Winbiz is an asset
- Proactive, autonomous, dynamic
- Available since June / July for a temporary assignment (8 months)
