Commercial Apprentice CFC Service and Administration

Your training path
1st year - Discover the company

Your first year will be dedicated to discovering how a company operates. You will start in our commercial secretariat, where you will learn the basics of administrative work and professional communication.

A rich and varied first year to discover different professions and understand how a company functions.

2nd year - Join Human Resources

In the second year, you will join our Human Resources department, where you will continue your training throughout the year.

You will notably discover the world of recruitment and participate in the various stages of candidate selection: managing applications, organising interviews, following up on files and communicating with candidates.

You will also develop your skills in the various administrative areas related to employee management.

A year to gain autonomy, develop your skills and concretely discover the Human Resources profession.

3rd year - Become a true HR professional

For your third and final year, you will continue your journey within Human Resources.

You will discover the entire life cycle of an employee, from their arrival to their departure from the company: hiring, administrative follow-up, transfers, file management and exits.

You will also explore the field of remuneration, including the preparation and control of salaries as well as aspects related to social insurance.

Over the course of the year, you will gain autonomy and be expected to take on more responsibilities.

The goal: to complete your apprenticeship with solid practical experience and a comprehensive understanding of how an HR department operates.
