You will play a pivotal role indesigning, developing, and implementing solutions while ensuringadherence to best practices and industrystandards.
KeyResponsibilities
- Design andImplementation : Configure and develop custom ServiceNowapplications and workflows to align with clientgoals.
- Integration Expertise : Seamlesslyintegrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs,and other protocols.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance platform performance, ensuringrobust and scalable solutions.
- Leadership andMentoring : Provide technical guidance to the team and mentor juniordevelopers.
- Documentation : Maintaincomprehensive technical documentation and ensure solutions adhereto development standards.
What We’reLookingFor
Experience :
5+years of ServiceNow development, focusing on ITSM and CSMmodules.
TechnicalSkills :
Strong scripting knowledge andproficiency with tools like Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Certifications(Preferred) :
ServiceNow CertifiedApplication Developer (CAD).
SoftSkills :
Ability to excel in a dynamicenvironment with competing priorities.
