Job description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will :
- Engage with clients : receive customer flight requests and coordinate with the Flight Operations department.
- Coordinate services : arrange additional luxury services based on customer needs.
- Liaise with stakeholders : communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor processes : ensure all processes are completed on time and monitor all flights and third-party services.
- Build relationships : maintain communication with customers and company departments.
Candidate’s profile and prerequisites
Languages : fluent in French and English is mandatory. Proficiency in any additional language is a must.Citizenship : Swiss citizen or EU / EAA.Multitasking : able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.Organized : excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Interpersonal Skills : strong ability to build relationships with customers and maintain a positive telephone demeanor.Customer-Oriented : willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.Flexible : willing to work on a shift basis.Experience : previous experience in business aviation or luxury service is a must.We offer
