Ihre Mission

Als

Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) sind Sie die zentrale

Steuerungsinstanz für unsere komplexen Projekte. Ihre Hauptaufgabe

ist es, die Projekt-Governance, die Methodik und die Transparenz

über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus hinweg sicherzustellen. Sie

agieren als methodischer Experte und Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu

allen Ebenen, einschliesslich

C-Level.

Detaillierte Aufgaben und

Verantwortlichkeiten

I. Reporting und

Governance

Status Reporting : Erstellung

prägnanter Projektstatusberichte und Entscheidungsvorlagen für

Lenkungsausschüsse und das Management

(C-Level-Anforderungen).

KPIs

und Metriken : Pflege von Projekt-Dashboards, Ampelindikatoren,

Meilenstein-Trendanalysen und anderen wichtigen

Performance-Metriken.

Steuerungsvorbereitung :

Inhaltliche und organisatorische Vorbereitung von Sitzungen des

Steering Committee, inklusive der Aufbereitung

entscheidungsrelevanter

Unterlagen.

Risikomanagement :

Unterstützung beim Controlling und beim Risikomanagement auf

Projektebene.

II. Methodik und

Werkzeuge

Methodik-Expertise : Anwendung

und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung etablierter

Projektmanagement-Standards (Prince2, PMI oder IPMA Level

B / C).

Tool-Management :

Verwaltung und Support von Projektmanagement-Tools wie MS Project,

Jira und Confluence, einschließlich der Schulung der

Projektmitarbeiter.

Qualitätssicherung :

Unterstützung bei Reviews, Gate Checks und der Durchführung von

Lessons

Learned-Sitzungen.

Agile

Methoden : Anwendung agiler Methoden (Scrum, SAFe) für Planung und

Fortschrittsverfolgung.

III.

Administrative und kommunikative

Aufgaben

Dokumentenmanagement :

Organisation und Pflege der gesamten Projektdokumentation,

Protokolle und

Statusberichte.

Meeting-Organisation :

Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Projektsitzungen,

inklusive Erstellung von Agenden und

Protokollen.

Kommunikations-Support :

Gewährleistung eines konsistenten Informationsflusses zwischen

allen Stakeholdern.

Ihr

Profil – Qualifikationen und

Erfahrung

Für diese Senior-Position

wird ein Erfahrungsgrad (mindestens 7 Jahre relevante

Berufserfahrung) vorausgesetzt.

Fachexpertise

und Seniorität : Sie bringen eine nachgewiesene Seniorität als PMO

mit mehr als 7 Jahren Erfahrung mit, insbesondere in den Bereichen

Projektplanung, Risikomanagement und

Controlling.

Zudem

verfügen Sie über 4 bis 6 Jahre Erfahrung in der Anwendung agiler

Methoden (Scrum, SAFe) für Planung und Fortschrittsverfolgung sowie

in der Anwendung zertifizierter PM-Methodiken wie Prince2 / PMI /

IPMA Level B / C.

Sie

haben 4 bis 6 Jahre Erfahrung in der Erstellung von

C-Level-Reporting und in der Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern auf

Managementebene.

Sprachanforderungen :

Verhandlungssichere (sehr gute) mündliche und schriftliche

Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Business Level) sind zwingend

erforderlich. Gute Spanischkenntnisse sind von

Vorteil.

Jahre Erfahrung als PMO verfügen und bereit sind, diese
