As a Post Market Engineer, you will be supporting and handling Escalated Complaints for Varian’s Products. You will be the key point to ensure the Escalated Complaints and Assistance Requests are being processed in a timely manner and in the expected quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Conducting escalated complaint investigations and technical root cause analysis related to the imaging components of the linear accelerator platforms as well as of optical imaging solutions.
- Documenting technical investigations and providing other documentation in the complaint handling database, as assigned.
- Analyzing and communicating feedback from customer complaints to the engineering teams.
- Providing technical support to customers and the Varian organization worldwide, as part of escalated complaint investigations.
- Collaborating with other teams or individuals to ensure deliverables are met
